In 1995, Eddy Jabbour introduced San Diego to his exquisite menu of Healthy and Delicious food.Coming from a family with deep roots in the foodservice industry, it was not too long before Eddy’s vision and motivation kicked in to start what quickly became one of San Diego’s Premier Breakfast, Lunch and Catering venues known as Eddy M’s.
